I stayed at this hotel from 04.09 to 05.09! I was welcomed in a very friendly manner and all my requests were immediately taken into account! I am only rating here because I cannot understand why one apparently wants to make such a beautiful restaurant and hotel bad through targeted propaganda ... I'm on a business trip and since I'm from Vienna and I'm on the road twice a month for 1 week in Germany, I can rate hotels all over Germany very well! All I can say here is that there seems to be a great deal of interest in getting things done with false reviews. On the contrary, the rooms are very nice for the price! The restaurant with the absolutely great menu and the varied offer leaves nothing to be desired! With the best of intentions I can not see any defects here and I definitely recommend this house to everyone! I would like to mention that a late checkout often requires a surcharge and is usually one hour! Here I have been granted 2 hours for free! Mfg and keep it up family rexhaj

The inn is in a beautiful location and offers a very cozy beer garden. Unfortunately, we weren't in the dining room itself because the weather was just too good. The service is very friendly and quick. The dishes are regional, very tasty and there is something for every taste. Whether fish, meat or veggie. The fruits filled with ice should be mentioned as a desert 👌😋 We like to come back on the next Black Forest trip.

The food was delicious and the staff very attentive and friendly. The beer garden is one of the nicest in the area. Prices a bit high but still okay. We will be back definitely.

The meat was good, the vegetables tasted and looked bland. Probably frozen goods. Which is a shame in summer because everything is fresh.

The heating was on (33 ° C outside), the shower cubicle door was in tatters, there were living room curtains in the tiny bathroom: this is not a well-run family business, more of an investor model. Way too expensive! The beer garden is great, the kitchen is very good, but also correspondingly expensive.

Unfortunately I can only agree with the current reviews. Price level now easily 20-30% over comparable alternatives in the vicinity! We weren't fed up and the food was at most lukewarm (as already written by some here) - with a very, very long wait. When we mentioned that, interest was limited. Unfortunately, price-performance ratio is not correct at all. Too bad, but there are much better alternatives in the area to eat well! P.S. With the increasing number of negative reviews, you should perhaps question yourself and not just answer the positive ones.

Perfect food! Not exactly cheap, but very high quality meat (rump steak from Angus beef) and various side dishes (salad and various vegetables with delicious hollandaise sauce), great pepper sauce and friendly and attentive service. Nice ambience, modern and yet comfortably furnished, nice beer garden. Any time!

Had to wait alone for 1 hour for the salad (as an excuse we were promised a dessert, after all). And then another 35min to the main course - this was also cold to partially ice-cold. Since we were quite hungry, there was no waitress for 15 minutes and we planned to do something afterwards, we ate it. When we spoke relatively politely at the end, we were told that it is a little strange if you still eat it and complain afterwards. The promised dessert then turned out to be a scoop of ice cream. However, since it was now pretty cold and ice no longer fit, we were given a (!) Drink after asking twice (the cheaper one, of course). Summary: Expensive food that was absolutely not worth it, as well as no goodwill or anything like that - more of an insinuation. Money is in the foreground you have the feeling. Gives better food and service in the area for significantly less money! I appreciate feedback ...

Anyone who has known Hotel Gasthof Frank for a long time can confirm that the prices are approx 3-4 years have risen very sharply. Comparable food is cheaper in the region.

Super kitchen. Not exactly cheap, but very nice staff. The rooms are also expensive (more expensive than declared on the Internet) and were handed out irregularly. Was very disappointed with the price / performance ratio.

Good food

We had a family celebration at the Landgasthof Frank at the weekend. It was very nice with menus specially designed for us and lovely table decorations. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is recommended for every kind of celebration, but also for a nice meal in between. Many thanks to the whole team!
